Rosie's Charm is inspired by this story and is an exciting outdoor mystery adventure played by groups of 2 to 5 people through the streets of Newcastle. Can you unravel this tragic tale, find Rosie's charm and work out what happened her beloved Mr. Alexander?

The game uses an app and the GPS capability of a smartphone to tell the story and guide you through the city where you'll encounter puzzles and challenges. Just like in an escape room by working as a team to solve the puzzles you'll make progress in the game. Starting on Newcastle's iconic Quayside where Rosie used to sell fish, Rosie's Charm takes you on a outdoor mystery adventure through some of Newcastle's most interesting and historic places. As you reach these locations, more and more of the story is revealed along with fascinating insights of the city's past. You'll also be able to stop off for food and drink along the way.

The last puzzle requires a code to be entered into a small safe on the outside of a building . We recommend you you take a pair of disposable gloves and/or hand sanitizer with you. Take care when crossing roads - use pedestrian crossings where available and don't look at your device when crossing. Be aware of other pavement users.
